Classes, Courses & Camps Terms of Services
Course Registration and Attendance:
- Full payment is required for registration, securing your place in our courses, classes, workshops, and camps.
- Attendance is limited to registered students only, and fees are non-refundable except in the case of cancellations by us.
- We recommend enrolling at least 2 weeks before the start date to ensure events take place as scheduled.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Registrations are considered final sale; no refunds or credits are provided for dropped or missed events.
- We retain the right to cancel events that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements.
- Students will be notified via phone and/or email 5 days before the start date in case of cancellation, and a full refund will be issued.
Waitlist and Transfer Policy:
- A waitlist system is available for full events; students on the waitlist will be notified if a spot becomes available.
- Students may transfer their registration to another person, subject to our approval.

- Parents or guardians are required to sign a waiver and provide emergency contact information at the time of registration.

- All children must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian each day.
- Instructors and staff are trained in safety procedures and are responsible for supervising children during class or camp hours.

Code of Conduct:
- We expect all participants to behave respectfully and responsibly.
- Instructors and staff reserve the right to address any disruptive behavior or take appropriate action if needed, including contacting parents or guardians.
Child Protection Policy:
- We are committed to creating a safe and secure environment for all children in our classes and camps.
- All instructors and staff undergo background checks and receive training on child protection policies and procedures.
- Any concerns about a child's safety or well-being should be reported to our management immediately.
- We maintain strict confidentiality regarding any concerns or incidents involving child protection.
Additional Information:
- If appropriate, instructors may offer review materials or at-home work.
- Parents or guardians will be informed of any necessary materials or supplies that need to be brought to the class or camp.
