A Little About Me

Born in The Netherlands into an international family, I’ve always been fascinated by the many ways people around the world make a house feel like home. These days, I live by the sea in Nova Scotia with my husband and two boys, after time spent living in the UK, The Netherlands, and Ontario, Canada.

Having moved around, I’ve come to see home as more than just a place—it’s where the family feels grounded, a space where you can truly be yourself, even when everything else feels unfamiliar. I believe home should feel like a breath of fresh air—calm, joyful, and filled with the things that matter most.

That’s why I create original artwork and painterly patterns: to bring warmth, character, and a touch of love to your home, in the way that only thoughtfully made things can.

I often work together with my woodworker husband Sam to create home goods or upholster his handmade furniture with my textiles.
