Shipping policy
- Low Cost Flat fee shipping is available for untracked packages (please see below for important information on untracked packages), and tracked packages.
- Shipping outside of North America is calculated at checkout according to the fees offered by Canada Post or UPS
Tracking
Upgraded shipping includes package tracking by Canada Post / US Postal Service. If you choose not to use this we unfortunately can't support any questions about the location of shipped goods.
Duties
We ship out from Meteghan Centre, Nova Scotia Canada. If the recipient is outside of Canada you will be responsible for any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. These cannot be estimated prior to shipping. We are unable to remove pricing from documents as the correct value must be provided. We do not mark packages as gifts or samples, all prices will be shown for custom clearance.
Time
Shipping to the US can sometimes cause a 3-5 business day delay if it is held up at the border. Please note that all shipping periods are estimates that don't include this eventuality.
Made to order
Items marked 'Made To Order' take up to 4-6 weeks to create. We will notify you when the item ships out.
